A murder case has been registered at Shahrah-e-Faisal Police Station on the complaint of the victim’s brother following the killing of 54-year-old PIA engineer Imtiaz Ahmed in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.According to police, two unidentified armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire, hitting Imtiaz Ahmed with a bullet. Two bullets also struck a nearby parked vehicle. CCTV footage shows the victim falling near a car shortly after crossing the road, while people nearby flee for safety following the gunfire.Imtiaz Ahmed had stepped out of his home to buy bread. He was employed as an engineer at Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). His wife is residing in Germany, and he leaves behind two children.Police are investigating the motive behind the killing and working to identify and arrest the suspects.
